Answer: Yes, you will need need to register for a demo API key, then apply for an eParcel contract through an AusPost account manager. When you are ready to go live a production API key. We can assist you with this process
Question: How is data stored in the ‘Quick Dispatch’ software?
Answer: Data is stored on the local computer within a self contained SQLite database file on the ‘Standard” licence of Quick Dispatch. On ‘Professional’ versions of Quick Dispatch the data can be optionally stored within a locally hosted MYSQL database or using our cloud storage.
Question: Does your software integrate with software ‘X’?
Answer: Quick Dispatch supports a number of import methods and by design straightforward to import information into. Depending on the complexity and popularity of the new integration, this may be added as a new support platform free of charge or for an additional cost.

Answer: Quick Dispatch is licenced ‘per site’ with a lifetime usage licence and lifetime updates.
It can be installed on multiple computers and does not have limitations on the number of shipments that can be sent.
Question: What is the minimum number of shipments to qualify for eParcel?
AusPost typically requires a minimum of 2000 parcels per year (~8 per business day) to be eligible for eParcel.
Higher shipping volume will attract higher discounts. Below 2000 parcels per year we recommend considering MyPost Business
Question: Do you have a demo or trial?
Answer: Yes, a 30 day limited trial is available to test the software and generate non production shipping labels
