- Why should I choose NETCAT for support?
NETCAT is proudly an Australian indepedent service provider with excellent support being our product.
Unlike traditional hosting companys, we are not limited by scope of support, what solutions we can offer nor are we incentivised to upsell you something you do not need.
- Can you host or help get me started building a website?
We are vendor agnostic and do not offer web-hosting or build websites. However we can absolutely help get you in touch with one of our trusted hosting partners or webdesigners.
If you would prefer to build the website yourself but just need a little extra assistance we are more than happy however to organise a ‘1 on 1 – Getting Started Package’ to go registering a new domain, purchasing a hosting service, setting up DNS and mailbox’s and installing WordPress.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
– Card Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex,etc)
– Apple & Google Pay
– Cyptocurrent: Bitcoin/Litecoin/Dogecoin (10% Discount)If you would prefer to pay another way, please send us an email
- Do you accept international customers (outside of Australia)
Certainly, while we might not be in your time-zone we are more than happy to do our best to assist
- Do you offer Refunds or Guarantees?
We stand by our service and as an Australian business respect your consumer protections.
In the event we are unable to resolve your issue we will issue a full refund and will warranty any fixes for 30 days if the issue resurfaces.
