    Our ‘Business Continuity’ service is intended for sole-traders or small compaines who have limited technical resources if the primary business owner becomes unavailable

  • What is the process of getting started

    The exact process will differ for every organsation, however the key steps are:

    1) Contact us by phone or email to arrange a free 1 hour appointment

    2) During the appointment we will discuss your business, enviroment, clients, processes and instructions

    3) We will prepeare a Technical Business Continuity Plan tailored for your organisation and share it with you for your records

    4) Organise a follow up call or additional familiarization as required. 

    5) Maintain regular contact to stay in touch

  • How much does this service cost?

    The base ‘business continuity’ service itself is complimentary and we will offer our full support to look after business and clients during times of need.
    Once the situation is resolved, we reserve the right to bill for direct out of pocket expeneses occured by us and support costs if it exceeds 10 hours of billable support time.

  • How Is The Business Continuty Plan Activated?

  • Do I need to provide you our passwords or access?

    Absolutely Not! We recommend you store a copy of your credentials and documentation with a trusted individual such as your lawyer or partner with clear instructions to share it with us as part of activating the Continuty Plan.
